As a To-Go Runner, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives the quality, accuracy, and service that define the Kumori experience.

What You'll Do
  • Greet customers upon arrival and departure with enthusiasm using: "Irasshaimase," "Gladly," and "Arigato."
  • Provide outstanding service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area following company standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Accurately operate and balance the cash register.
  • Maintain proper cash control and verify all amounts are correct.
  • Prepare, organize, and hand out the customers' to-go orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Uphold all safety and health procedures at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene required.
  • Bilingual strongly encouraged.
