As a Division 10 Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) within the construction industry. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes, specifically focusing on items such as specialty equipment, furnishings, and accessories within a construction project.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications related to Division 10 specialties.
  • Ensure accurate understanding of project requirements and compliance with design intent.
  • Facilitate the timely preparation and submission of submittals for specialty products.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality materials in accordance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to establish budgets for specialty projects.
  • Monitor project expenses and costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Work closely with superintendents to determine project staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources and workforce to efficiently execute specialty projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and completion of specialty work.
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize project timelines.
  • Regularly engage with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Conduct professional presentations to communicate project progress, milestones, and achievements.
  • Foster positive customer relationships through occasional entertainment events, such as dinners, or outings, to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience:

  • At least 2-3 year’s experience in the trade.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.
  • Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
  • Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
  • Computer and technology savvy.
