A Special Project Manager oversees unique or non-recurring projects that fall outside the scope of regular operations within an organization. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that often require cross-departmental collaboration and innovative problem-solving. Their duties include setting project objectives, managing timelines and budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring that the project meets its goals.
