Job description

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Special Projects Manager to support the President and
help drive high-impact initiatives across our hospitality portfolio. This role sits at the
intersection of strategy, execution, digital marketing, AI innovation, and executive
partnership-with one non-negotiable lens: creating unforgettable guest experiences.
At Carmine's and across our restaurant group, we believe hospitality is theater, leadership
is personal, and details matter. The Special Projects Manager plays a critical role in turning
big ideas into operational reality-while elevating the brand, the team experience, and the
guest "WOW."
This is not a traditional project manager role. It is for someone who can zoom out
strategically, roll up their sleeves operationally, and anticipate what's needed before
it's asked.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy (Hospitality-Focused)
• Partner closely with marketing leadership to support digital strategies that drive
awareness, loyalty, and guest engagement
• Support initiatives across CRM, loyalty programs, email, social, brand storytelling,
and digital campaigns
• Analyze performance insights to help refine messaging, oƯers, and guest
touchpoints
• Ensure marketing initiatives are operationally executable inside restaurants-
bridging the gap between brand vision and front-of-house reality
• Help protect and evolve the Carmine's brand voice: bold, generous, celebratory, and
unmistakably human
AI Strategy & Innovation (Practical, People-First)
• Help identify and pilot AI tools that improve productivity, marketing eƯectiveness,
forecasting, training, and internal workflows
• Support responsible adoption of AI in a way that enhances-not replaces-human
hospitality
• Assist with documentation, training, and communication to ensure tools are
embraced, not feared
• Stay current on emerging AI trends and surface ideas that align with culture, scale,
and guest experience
• Use AI as a force multiplier for creativity, insight, and operational excellence
Executive Business Partner to the President
• Act as a trusted extension of the President, helping translate vision, instincts, and
priorities into action
• Track follow-through on strategic priorities and ensure nothing drops between
strategy and execution
• Serve as a connector across leadership, marketing, operations, and support
teams-ensuring alignment and momentum
• Represent the President in meetings or initiatives when appropriate, always with
discretion, clarity, and confidence
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
• Bring structure to ambiguous initiatives-defining scope, owners, timelines, risks,
and success metrics
• Support initiatives tied to new openings, brand campaigns, guest experience
improvements, and leadership priorities
• Ensure projects are executed with hospitality-grade attention to detail and a bias
toward action
What Success Looks Like
• Alicart's priorities move forward seamlessly, with clarity and follow-through
• Special projects land on time, on brand, and with visible impact
• Marketing initiatives translate into real guest excitement-not just good ideas on
paper
• AI tools save time, reduce friction, and give teams more space to focus on
hospitality
• Teams feel supported, aligned, and energized-and guests feel the diƯerence
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in special projects, operations, strategy, executive support,
consulting, or hospitality leadership
• Experience operating close to senior leadership with trust, discretion, and sound
judgment
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategy and performance measurement in a
consumer-facing business
• Curiosity and fluency around AI and emerging technology, with a practical,
business-first mindset
• Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through
• A deep appreciation for hospitality, guest experience, and brand integrity
• Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-brand environments where no two days look the
same
Why This Role Is Special
This role is for someone who believes that great hospitality is built behind the scenes,
that leadership is service, and that the best ideas only matter if they make it to the table-
literally.
If you get excited about big restaurants, bold brands, energized teams, and creating
moments that guests talk about long after dessert-you'll feel right at home here.
