Job Summary:

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting security teams across multiple locations. This role oversees Field Supervisors and security officers, ensuring adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. In this role, the candidate will be a hands on leader focusing on coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement.

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $53, 000 - $55,000/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service. 
  • Assist with onboarding and directly develops high caliber staff.

  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels

Education/Experience:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Associate degree.
  • 1 year of experience in security operations.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
