Company Description:

ZaaS is a Global Well-Being Service for on-site, remote, and hybrid companies. We offer solutions such as ZaaScription, Custom Programs, and Health Fairs to improve workplace well-being. We're looking for an on-site event coordinator to support a Health Fair.


Event Details:

  • Event: Health Fair
  • Date: Nov 4
  • Time: 11:30-1:30 PM Eastern
  • Location: Morrisville, NC 27560
  • Pay: $400 for the event.


Tasks include:

  • Checking in vendors as they arrive
  • Showing vendors to their designated spots
  • Help maintain traffic flow throughout the Fair
  • Assist with raffle prizes and activities
  • Taking pictures and overall, make sure employees are having FUN!


Time Commitment:

  • 1 client call before the event (30 min)
  • Walk through before the event (30 min)
  • Day of event (3 hours, including set up and breakdown)
