  • Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members at all levels
  • Maintain high standards for scratch cooking, food quality, speed, and consistency
  • Drive strong financial results through labor control, food cost management, and sales growth
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction in a counter-service environment
  • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

Benefits:

  • Health & Dental Insurance
  • Paid Vacation & Holidays
  • Clear opportunity for advancement and professional growth
  • Fun, fast-paced, and people-focused work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager
  • Ability to speak and understand conversational Spanish
  • Experience in fast-casual/counter-service concepts strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve solid financial and operational results
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing future leaders
  • High standards for integrity, accountability, and guest satisfaction
