Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Downtown / Vibrant Entertainment District)

Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Cuisine Concept: High-End, Modern Spanish

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to lead a front-of-house team at our high-end, modern Spanish restaurant in the heart of Austin. Our concept blends the rich, vibrant culinary traditions of Spain with contemporary innovation, delivering an upscale yet energetic dining experience.

The ideal candidate possesses an infectious, upbeat personality, a sophisticated understanding of elevated service, and a proven track record of managing large, professional service teams. You must be a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, premium environment, balances exceptional guest relations with sharp financial acumen, and boasts a history of strong tenure in your previous roles.

Key Responsibilities

Exemplary Leadership & Hospitality

  • Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large, professional front-of-house team (servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff) to maintain impeccable service standards.

  • Guest Relations: Cultivate a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere. Actively engage with guests on the floor, building rapport and ensuring every visit is memorable.

  • Culture Carrier: Bring an upbeat, fun, and positive attitude to the floor daily, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment for both FOH and BOH teams.

Operational & Financial Excellence

  • Cost Management: Demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant financials, actively managing labor costs, beverage margins, and operational expenses without compromising quality.

  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless execution of service, adherence to health and safety standards, and flawless presentation of the dining room.

  • Staff Development: Handle hiring, continuous training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing, professional team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine-dining environment.

  • Proven Tenure: A stable job history showing commitment and growth with previous employers (no frequent job-hopping).

  • Hospitality Mindset: A deep, genuine passion for the guest experience and a sophisticated understanding of premium food, wine, and beverage programs (knowledge of Spanish wine and cuisine is a major plus).

  • Leadership Scale: Proven ability to effectively manage, schedule, and motivate a large team of hospitality professionals.

  • Business Acumen: Strong proficiency in restaurant POS systems, scheduling software, and P&L/inventory management tools.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work a hospitality schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What We Offer

We believe in taking care of the people who take care of our guests. We offer a highly competitive compensation package and a supportive environment where you can truly grow your career:

  • Competitive Base Salary (commensurate with experience) plus performance-based bonus potential.

  • Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision).

  • 401(k) Enrollment with a generous company match.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

  • Career Growth: Ample room for professional advancement within an expanding, high-end hospitality group.

  • Dining Perks: Generous employee discounts across our concepts.

To Apply

If you are an energetic, polished restaurant leader ready to make your mark on Austin's premier dining scene, we want to hear from you.
