Commercial Drywall Supervisor

Full-Time | Field-Based | Local Job Sites

We are hiring a Commercial Drywall Supervisor to lead field crews on commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on drywall experience and is ready to manage crews, coordinate daily work, and make sure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise drywall crews on active commercial job sites
  • Read and work from construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
  • Oversee metal stud framing, drywall hanging, taping, finishing, ACT ceilings, shaft walls, and exterior sheathing
  • Coordinate daily work with the Project Manager, general contractor, and other trades
  • Track daily progress, crew production, materials, and job site needs
  • Identify issues, delays, or scope changes and communicate them quickly
  • Maintain a safe job site and lead daily/weekly safety conversations
  • Ensure work is completed to project specs, code requirements, and finish standards
  • Help train, coach, and develop field team members


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial drywall experience
  • 2+ years in a Foreman, Lead, or Supervisor role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of metal framing, drywall installation, finishing, and commercial interiors
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform hands-on field work
  • Strong communication and leadership skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • First Aid/CPR certification


Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
