Senior Project Manager

Full Time St. Paul, MN, US

Salary Range: $115,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually

BWBR is seeking an experienced and driven senior project manager with the ability to lead the design and delivery of complex projects within our healthcare or science & technology markets. You will serve as the primary client liaison and internal team leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest design standards. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the community while advancing your career within a collaborative design firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of complex projects from concept through construction
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from renovations and additions to large-scale ground-up facilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted partnerships
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans; proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate with architects and designers as well as external consultants and contractors to ensure integrated, code-compliant project delivery
  • Ensure quality assurance reviews occur at key project milestones
  • Mentor less experienced staff and contribute to an engaging, collaborative and productive environment
  • Support business development initiatives by strengthening client relationships and contributing to proposals and interviews
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Architect in the State of Minnesota preferred.
  • 15+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 8 years focused on project management within a specific market
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent listening, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with sustainability strategies, high-performance building design, or LEED projects
  • Construction administration and field coordination experience
  • Familiarity with Deltek software a plus
