Java Technical Lead

IDEALFORCE has a contract position available immediately for Java Tech Lead to join our customer in Boston/Webster, MA.

Job Description

- Ability to demonstrate leadership quality at the client place.

- Work closely with various teams (Infrastructure, App development, Configuration Manager and Database) to achieve the milestone.

- Leading applications strategy and integration engagements in a service oriented organization.

- Co-ordinate with offshore and onshore resources and manage their tasks and deliverable.

- Interact with Project Managers and other external vendors to analyze and define scope of the projects and its deliverable.

- Managing and providing oversight of all technical issues for the assigned work streams and/or projects, performing technical reviews of all projects.

Qualifications

- Good experience & knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, JDBC and application servers.

- Excellent communication skills.

- PMP certification a huge plus.

- Spanish knowledge a huge plus.

- Insurance industry experience a plus.
