  • Part-Time Spa Attendant Job Description
    Summary
    The Spa Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to spa guests, maintaining a clean and relaxing environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.
    Responsibilities

    • Greet guests warmly and professionally
    • Assist guests with selecting spa services and products
    • Prepare treatment rooms for guests
    • Provide guests with robes, slippers, and other amenities
    • Serve refreshments to guests
    • Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
    • Ensure that all spa equipment is in working order
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly
    • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
    • Maintain confidentiality of guest information
    • Ensure prompt responses to all guest inquiries.
    • ***Must be able to work weekends.
