Starting Pay Rate: $22.22
Job Description
Must have high level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched
Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals at the most efficient way possible
Will act as the first point of contact when problems arise. Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can't be solved
Ensure Operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs
Lead, and capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs
Stresses safety at all times
Ensure work areas are clean and well organized
Training of Operators where needed
