Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for agriculture and team development?
Timac Agro USA is seeking a Zone Director to lead and grow our Southern Region sales team while building strong relationships with growers, distributors, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high performing team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATCs)
  • Execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams through ride-a longs, training, and performance development.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and support grower success.
  • Manage forecasting, CRM reporting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align business strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in agriculture.
  • Experience with CRM systems, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • CCA certification preferred.
