Job Description: Vaxcom Services LLC (a Parsons company) is looking for a seasoned All-Source Intelligence Analyst with familiarity in counter unmanned aerial systems (cUAS). This position will be located in northern Virginia with some OCONUS TDY travel required. The ideal candidate will possess formal Intelligence Community (IC) or equivalent military training/work experience, strong technical writing capabilities, and significant experience analyzing adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This role will focus on cUAS operations, integrating complete intelligence data to enhance our strategic and operational capabilities. What You'll Be Doing: * Conducting in depth all-source analysis to analyze/evaluate and interpret intelligence related to unmanned aerial systems (UASs), integrating data from imagery, signals, human intelligence, and open sources.
* Identifying and assessing trends and patterns in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) threats and adversary TTPs to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Formulating and recommending strategies and tactics for countering UAV threats based on comprehensive threat assessments and analysis.
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of cUAS exercises and training programs.
* Maintaining accurate records of intelligence related data and findings, and when required, providing these findings to stakeholders in clear and concise formats.
* Serving as a resource to program leadership and participating in strategic planning discussions/exercises.
* Performing other responsibilities associated with a classified/sensitive cUAS program as required. What Required Skills You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of eight (8) years of professional/technical experience that is related to a large-scale technical program/project.
* Minimum of five (5) years' experience as an all-source analyst.
* Minimum of three (3) year's technical writing experience, including the preparation of intelligence reports and briefings.
* Minimum of two (2) year's analytical experience identifying trends on target/adversary TTPs.
* Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing analytical strategies reviewed by multiple agencies/customers.
* The ability to present complex intelligence data to leadership whether written or via briefing.
* Active TS/SCI with polygraph required at the time of application. Physical Requirements: Ability to deploy/work long hours in austere environments" What Desired Skills You'll Bring: * Master's degree or higher in a related/relevant field.
* Formal IC or US military equivalent analyst training.
* Experience supporting electronic warfare (EW) technical requirements and performing weapons technical analysis.
* Experience working on unmanned aerial systems (UAS) or counter UAS (c-UAS) operations/platforms.
* Experience in foreign field operations.
* Experience working with US military special operations units/personnel.
* Experience with Department of Defense (Dod) methodologies for Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield/Environment (IPB/IPE).
* Experience collaborating with engineering and/or technical partners to develop joint technical products.
