The Opportunity
As a Source-to-pay Technology Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Within our Operations practice, you will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize processes and drive cost savings
- Analyzing client needs and developing operational strategies to enhance productivity and business performance
- Guiding teams in implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and supplier relationship management
- Utilizing Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency
- Managing complex procurement projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Developing and deploying digital procurement solutions to enhance supply chain resilience
- Confirming compliance with contractual obligations and monitoring supplier performance
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve procurement strategies and outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science
- At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Utilizing Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software for procurement processes

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
