Vantor is seeking an experienced All-Source Fusion Analyst to support intelligence operations and strategic decision-making efforts in the GCC. The successful candidate will integrate, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple intelligence disciplines to provide a comprehensive understanding of threats, risks, opportunities, and operational environments.

The All-Source Fusion Analyst will leverage information from intelligence sources including open-source intelligence (OSINT), geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), political-military assessments, operational reporting, and other available data streams to identify patterns, assess emerging developments, and generate actionable intelligence products. This position requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings to military and government decision-makers.

Working Conditions:

  • Position based in the GCC.
  • May require periodic travel within the region.
  • Ability to support mission requirements in dynamic operational and military environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all-source intelligence analysis in support of military operations, strategic planning, and security initiatives.
  • Integrate information from multiple intelligence disciplines, including OSINT, GEOINT, operational reporting, and other available sources, to develop comprehensive assessments.
  • Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and indicators relevant to operational and strategic objectives.
  • Assess threats, risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities affecting regional security and mission success.
  • Develop intelligence products, reports, briefings, and strategic assessments for senior military and government leaders.
  • Conduct predictive analysis and scenario development to support decision-making and contingency planning.
  • Fuse geospatial, political, military, economic, and social information into coherent intelligence assessments.
  • Monitor evolving regional and global developments and provide timely updates on emerging issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary intelligence teams to ensure integrated and accurate analytical products.
  • Present intelligence findings and recommendations to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Geography, National Security Studies, Information Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in intelligence analysis, all-source fusion, national security, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting all-source analysis in support of military operations.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating information from multiple intelligence disciplines to produce actionable intelligence products.
  • Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience identifying patterns, trends, and indicators from complex datasets and information streams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in intelligence reporting, assessment development, and information synthesis.
  • Basic understanding of geospatial analysis and associated toolsets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting U.S., NATO, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), or allied military and defense organizations.
  • Familiarity with intelligence fusion centers, joint operations environments, or multinational military operations.
  • Experience integrating GEOINT, OSINT, POL/MIL, and other intelligence disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regional security dynamics.
  • Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience using intelligence analysis and visualization tools to support operational planning and decision-making.
