Do you enjoy working with your hands to diagnose and correct mechanical issues?ย  Our facilities team is responsible for maintaining our club buildings and equipment in an effort to minimize downtime and preserve a positive member experience. ย  Team members are results oriented with a commitment to quality.ย  They are self motivated, reliable, eager to accept responsibility and have strong organization and communication skills.ย ย 
What You'll Do

  • Respond to maintenance requests and facility issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, fitness equipment, and facility components within company training and qualifications.
  • Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repair tasks
  • Assist with pool and spa equipment maintenance as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
  • Support minor technology installations such as TVs, sound systems, computers, cameras, and networking equipment
  • Maintain organized records of work completed and parts used
  • Work closely with the Facilities Director and club leadership to maintain a premium member experience
  • Assist with facility improvement and renovation projects
