Local audiovisual company (Portland, Oregon) looking for Live Event AV Technicians for IMMEDIATE HIRE.


We are looking for multiple positions: lighting, audio, video/projection, and hotel audiovisual. Beyond technical aptitude, the ideal candidate will be excellent team players with advanced skills in customer service, both of which are vital aspects of our culture. This is not a freelance position.

Job Description
Seeking Audiovisual Technicians for immediate positions.


Prior experience and background in Audiovisual required. This position requires some technical aptitude in video projection, sound reinforcement, general stage lighting, etc. Must be able to coordinate the set-up, operation, and strike of live event equipment.


The position also requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to create and maintain healthy work relationships and exercise outstanding communication skills. Must be highly motivated, able to problem solve, have flexibility in scheduling, and thrive in live event situations.


Specifically this position involves the technical management of live events, including but not limited to: Fast-fold screens, LCD Projectors, Stage Lighting, Sound Reinforcement Systems, Video Switcher/Scalers, video cameras, etc. There is significant client interaction as well as team coordination. You must be able to load and unload gear, generally lift and move, as well as read, interpret, and execute a plan.
