The Deskside Support Technician (L1) provides onsite IT support for Distribution Centers, ensuring high availability of mission-critical warehouse and end-user technologies supporting business operations.
Aligned with enterprise desktop engineering standards, ensuring adherence to modern endpoint management, security, and support practices, while driving clarity in role expectations, technology stack, and responsibilities to enhance hiring effectiveness and attract high-quality enterprise talent.
 
What you will do as the Warehouse Deskside Support Technician L1: 
The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Provide onsite and remote IT support for end users
  • Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
  • Ensure end-to-end ownership of tickets
  • Troubleshot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support device lifecycle (deployment, imaging, replacement)
  • Maintain asset inventory and documentation
  • Support warehouse devices including RF scanners and industrial printers
  • Perform proactive maintenance and audits
  • Working from Heights up to 45ft to Support / Manage FD Cabinets
  • Windows 10/11, macOS
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Intune, SCCM/MECM, SOTI
  • Active Directory, Azure AD
  • ServiceNow ITSM
  • Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi)

What you will bring to the team: 
  • 2+ years IT support experience
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Warehouse or logistics environment experience
  • Exposure to RF and industrial printing technologies
