Are you an experienced warehouse leader with hands-on sortation experience? We are seeking a Bilingual Sortation Operations Supervisor to support daily operations within a high-volume distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and is comfortable working directly alongside their team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Spend approximately 80% of your time on the floor operating and supporting Cross Belt Sorter operations.

  • Lead daily activities within automated sortation systems, including Cross Belt and Matrix Sorters.

  • Supervise and support frontline associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient package processing.

  • Monitor throughput, sort accuracy, productivity, and operational performance metrics.

  • Troubleshoot sortation issues, misroutes, unreadable barcodes, damaged packages, and processing exceptions.

  • Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and IT teams to resolve equipment and system issues.

  • Respond quickly to operational disruptions and downtime to minimize impact on production.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.

  • Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting a positive and accountable culture.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required
3+ years of warehouse, logistics, sortation, or fulfillment leadership experience
Hands-on Cross Belt Sorter experience required
✅ Experience with automated conveyor or sortation systems
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
✅ Comfortable leading teams while remaining actively involved in daily operations

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred

  • Experience with Matrix Sortation, Tilt Tray, or other automated sorting technologies

  • Parcel, e-commerce, last-mile, or distribution center experience

  • Experience working with WMS and operational reporting tools

  • Background partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, and IT teams
