We are looking for a Postal Sortation Solutions Product and Business Dev Manager who has the following flowing through their veins: Curiosity. Innovation. Passion. Desire to make an impact.

This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities for products, product features and new business opportunity, by

  • gathering continuous feedback from internal and external clients
  • monitoring industry trends and translating them into technical and business requirements
  • adapting current products, Services, Channels to adjacent markets for growth
  • managing new product development activities both hardware and Postal software and preparing for new product launches

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Product Line Management

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Work closely with product, sales and research to prioritize and set product agenda, synthesize input from clients, sales, client and the market to craft best-in-class solutions
  • Identify features and assess their value for the client
  • Ensure that clear specifications and requirements are provided for new product development
  • Maintain the product roadmap
  • Work along-side Product Marketing to support campaigns, develop event driven opportunities.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the products and features set that you will manage
  • Measure and evaluate how the product is used and its lifetime value to the clients and the company
  • Participate in the development and communication of the product vision of the company
  • Program and project manage
