About this role:
We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Operation Supervisor (English/Mandarin) for our sortation center. This role will oversee daily on-site operations at the sortation station to ensure operation safety, team efficient, and overall standard workflow. This role will lead frontline teams, maintain operational discipline, and proactively resolve on-site issues to support smooth operations. This role must be able to work onsite in Fontana, CA, Naperville, IL, or Buford, GA.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of warehouse associates for daily site operations, including training, workforce planning, scheduling, and task allocation to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor loading, unloading, dispatch, and handover processes to ensure compliance with operational standards and service timelines.
  • Enforce safety protocols, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Handle operational exceptions, customer concerns, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee site facilities, equipment, and inventory to ensure proper usage, maintenance, and workplace organization.
  • Prepare daily operational reports, track key metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in distribution center operation management or a similar role required
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with warehouse workflows, safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain operational discipline.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese for daily communication and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to flexible schedules, including shifts if required.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend as needed
Total compensation: $72,000 to $100,000 per year
