Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Weekend work may occasionally be required.
  • If you are asked to work on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive an additional $150 per day. Weekend shifts are typically only a few hours, not a full day.
Additional Earning Opportunity
You may choose to deliver packages after your shift for additional income.

Position Overview
AmeriShip Parcel Delivery is looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Sort Manager to oversee our morning warehouse operations. This person will ensure freight is sorted accurately, routes are prepared on time, and drivers leave the building ready for a successful day.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and leading by example.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily package sort operation.
  • Ensure all freight is sorted accurately and on schedule.
  • Verify routes are complete before drivers depart.
  • Assist drivers with loading and resolving package issues.
  • Identify and correct mis-sorted freight.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
  • Communicate with dispatch and management regarding operational issues.
  • Help train new warehouse employees.
  • Track daily sort performance and report operational concerns.
  • Ensure company safety procedures are followed.
  • Assist with problem-solving to keep deliveries moving on time.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Leadership or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Logistics, delivery, or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
