Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Systems Engineer I in Bellevue, WA to drive the strategic vision and management of Jira and Confluence ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency. Requires a Master's degree in Information Systems, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience designing custom JIRA workflow to automate provisioning, building, and deploying servers and applications; maintaining, administering, enhancing, and integrating JIRA and Confluence; developing medium to complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes in JIRA; creating JIRA projects, queries and reports, JIRA templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms and attributes; troubleshooting and addressing issues arising with Confluence; maintaining and improving user access to Confluence; reviewing and approving global changes to Jira and Confluence to maintain system stability; recommending best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within the Atlassian Suite; discovering, scoping and implementing Jira and Confluence workflows that meet business needs; researching and recommending Atlassian products, plug-ins, and roadmap features for future enhancements to support business objective; and in executing duties, utilizing Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, REST Services, VB Script, Java, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL, Python, Agile Kanban/Scrum, Networking, DNS, Database, Web Proxies, Active Directory, and Web APIs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.

Salary range: $164,800.00 - $221,500.00/year
