Our team is seeking a passionate leader to manage a Solutions Engineering team for our internal marketing platform utilized across Services in the App Store, Music, TV, Fitness+ and more. In this role you will lead a team of solutions engineers that are responsible for the successful engagement and execution of sophisticated marketing journeys across a wide array of growth marketing and business needs. You will have experience hiring and leading the Solutions function which includes mapping complex marketing plans into engineering integrations in a cross-functional team environment.

Our team develops and maintains a platform that requires a Solutions leader to ensure successful utilization across Apple.
","responsibilities":"Partner with mobile developers and growth marketers to architect the integration of internal SDKs with our cloud platform to enable marketing strategies for execution. Your team should be KPI-driven to align your outcomes with the needs of our customers. Success should be measurable with concepts like time-to-value and time-to-launch.
Partner with our platform engineering team to improve and provide feedback on APIs and SDKs. Understand any constraints and limitations of the platform to advise partners on successful implementations.
Responsible for being the eyes and ears for our Platform Product team. You and your team will synthesize common friction points from our partners and advocate for platform features that eliminate the need for custom workarounds and ensure standards and best practices are followed throughout the company.
Responsible for golden path architectures which includes writing technical guides, crafting presentations, hosting office-hours sessions and utilizing new AI-enabled workflows that enhance the on-boarding and successful adoption of our platform.
Your team will manage and maintain sample applications that demonstrate how to use the platform in real-world scenarios.
Our platform requires strong data and analytics skills to measure, learn and enhance the campaigns that it powers. This role will be an advocate for experimentation and helping teams adopt features that can increase the impact of our marketing efforts and international expansion.
Motivate and set the team up for success by ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated, the strategic vision for the function is defined and shared, and processes are established and followed.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Braze, Klaviyo, Airship, OneSignal or similar marketing platform is strongly preferred.
Android and/or web-based marketing technologies experience is preferred.
Ability to write documentation and guides that are opinionated and suggest best ways to implement specific features.
Strategic troubleshooting requires tact and skill at guiding partner engineers into the details and root-cause analysis that will create long-term solutions.
Experience with App Tracking Transparency and SKAdNetwork.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science or Information Technology.
Knowledge and practice in design and execution of marketing campaigns covering multiple touchpoint in both mobile apps, web and push notifications. Includes knowledge of A/B testing best practices that demonstrates understanding of event-level data and how it flows from a client SDK to cloud-based marketing triggers to ensure high-fidelity attribution.
Mobile app development experience with iOS. Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of Swift and Xcode development practices.
JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency is a must.
Skilled in crafting presentations and conducting question-and-answer sessions with both technical and non-technical partners.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $206,200 and $356,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
