The Wafer Test Solutions focused team in the Americas is a close-knit team focused on selling and supporting the world’s leading semiconductor fabricators. The Solutions Engineering team is our key technical resource allowing Keysight to deliver high-performance, high-efficiency, and high-uptime  solutions to our customers. This technical team supports customers that range from the most advanced nodes, to memory, to analog, silicon photonics and other novel semiconductor technologies that are fabricated. This team is relied upon by our customers to ensure their competitiveness in a fast-growing marketplace and demanding manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the WTS Solution Engineers in the Americas, enabling technology adoption, fab modernization, and test optimization so our customers operations can scale and adapt in today’s semiconductor market.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and the Industry Solution Team to grow and sustain our semiconductor test business.
  • Drive value-capture initiatives by enabling and dynamically managing the technical resource pool across the customer base.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performance team of solution architects and engineers.
  • Identify and mentor next-generation leaders.
  • Dynamically allocate the limited resources to capture profitable growth in services while balancing the need to act as primary pre- & post-sales engineering.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales, Business Development Roles.
  • 5+ years in management or team leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success leading teams to successful outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the Solutions Engineering role in Customer Success
  • Strong business acumen with ability to balance profit and growth
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
