Cox Enterprises is actively seeking a dynamic Summer 2027 intern to contribute to our IBT Technology Architecture team in Atlanta, GA. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in technology architecture, emphasizing key skills in cloud computing, DevOps, generative AI, machine learning, platform engineering, integration, and analytics.

  • Assist in Solutions Architecture: Collaborate on tasks related to Solutions Architecture, gaining practical experience in the development lifecycle.
  • Produce Architecture Deliverables: Contribute to the creation of solutions architecture documents and Visio diagrams to effectively communicate technology designs.
  • Technology Trend Analysis: Conduct research on cutting-edge technology trends, specifically in cloud computing, DevOps practices, generative AI, and machine learning. Summarize findings in detailed PowerPoint presentations.
  • Engage in Project Delivery: Participate in technology-driven meetings to understand the role of architecture in the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Enterprise Architecture Maintenance: Support the upkeep of the enterprise architecture data repository, ensuring compliance with technology standards.
  • Drive Innovation: Offer innovative ideas to enhance the technology organization's ability to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop Cloud Skills: Gain hands-on experience and skills in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $24.23 - $36.35/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
