Full Time = Yearly Salary range $80,000 to 150,000
Antwerpen Auto Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive New Car Sales Manager who can drive sales through effective and values-centered leadership.
This individual will have proven track records in sales and customer service within the automobile industry and an extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market. A strong management background with the ability to hire, train, grow and motivate the sales team is essential to being successful in this position. The qualified candidate should be able to manage a high volume of used cars!

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of new and used vehicle department including negotiating sales, working deals, customer interaction, vehicle acquisition and management.
  • Manage and oversee internet inquiries and follow up
  • Strategize with sales managers to forecast goals and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits
  • Develop acceptable gross profit margins
  • Work with lenders on structuring sales
  • Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
  • Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture

Sales Manager Qualifications:
  • Proficient in all facets of the new and used car business.
  • Hold a working knowledge of automotive systems like ELeads, V-auto, CDK, Dealer Track and other automotive technology system.
