Job Summary: The PV Service Technician is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective repair, maintenance, and servicing of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a service crew, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. PV Service Technician will work closely with the Service Manager to plan, execute, and complete service projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:Work Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and training opportunities.
