ALL TMEPERATURE AIR IS LOOKING TO ADD EXPERIENCED HVAC TECHNICIANS TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM
We have Immediate openings for HVAC Technicians with 2 or more years of experience. This position requires experience in Residential/Commercial repairs and maintenenace. Individuals must be self-driven, have a strong work ethic, good communication skills.

Job Description: You will be working with our commercial and residential customers as a Service/Maintenance Technician. HVAC technicians will perform, but are not limited to: installation, repair, maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of mostly residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Technician Duties & Abilities:
Perform residential and commercial service calls.
Execute residential maintenance contracts.
Execute large commercial maintenance contracts.
Provide outstanding customer service.
Perform HVAC performance audits with electronic gauges.
Perform start up on newly installed equipment.
Manage your work load and ensure your jobs are done correctly.
Assist on installations.
Ability to read, understand and diagnose electrical problems.
Understand the refrigeration cycle and have the ability to calculate superheat and sub cooling.
Experience repairing Air conditioning split-systems, package units, Heaters, Exhaust fans, Refrigeration systems.
Perform quality installations on commercial and residential properties.
Have a good understanding of air flow, and air flow characteristics.
Maintain a clean job site and clean company vehicle.
Assist Installation if needed.
Lift more than 50lb.
Experience installing Residential split systems/package units.
Commercial package units.
Controls and electrical.
Zone systems.
Brqazing/sodering refrigeration piping and plumbing.
Exhaust fans and evaporative coolers.
Refrigeration installation experience is a plus.
Laborer Requirements:
Mechanically inclined.
Basic hand tools and the knowledge to use them.
Dedicated and reliable.
Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Qualifications
2+ years Residential or Light commercial experience.
Driver's License with clean driving record.
EPA Universal Certified.
Nate cert (preferred).
Own tools of the trade.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good problem and decision making skills.
Ability to use Company provided tablet
Available for work between 7a-5p.
necessary overtime/on-call as needed.
Knowledge of southern California geography.
