About Us
We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Mounting of devices and field interface panels
  • Install EMT and Rigid conduit.
  • Determine the number of cables and wires to be run in conduit pulls or open cable pulls between devices and field interface panels.
  • Install and mount high voltage AC/DC power for inverters. Install high-voltage disconnects. Install and configure solar panels. Install high voltage and low voltage wiring.
  • Calculate cable/wire pulls in conduit to ensure conduit maximum fill.
  • Identify all cables and wires with wire numbers and maintain documented as-builts of the numbering.
  • Pull cables and wiring.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, Supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Terminate wiring using design drawings.
  • Creation and daily maintenance of an as-built record of installation.
  • Maintain Daily Reports to be forwarded to the Foreman/Project Manager
  • Assist Commissioning Technicians with commissioning and startup.
  • Follow all EMCOR and Customer's safety requirements and attend all Safety Meetings
  • Out-of-state and overnight travel
  • Daily cleanup of work areas or as needed based on occupied spaces.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience,
  • 5+ of experience in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Electrical Journeyman license required.
  • Ability to properly bend, tread, and install rigid conduit.
  • Proven in-depth knowledge of related building codes, regulations, and ordinances.
  • Proven ability to effectively read, interpret, and work from plans, schematics, and drawings.
  • Prior experience in project estimation of electrical labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • valid driver's license and in good standing.
  • Out-of-state and overnight travel
