Location: California (Hybrid / Field + Wildomar, CA Office)
Solara / MARS Builder Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily solar projects within our new construction division. This role manages projects from preconstruction through PTO and closeout, ensuring alignment across design, permitting, utility coordination, and construction execution.
The Project Manager owns schedule, budget, and scope while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including builders, developers, general contractors, and utilities. This is a hands‑on role requiring the ability to interpret plans, navigate California solar programs, and proactively drive projects forward in a fast‑paced environment.
Main DutiesSolara / MARS Builder Solutions is part of the MARS Energy Group portfolio, delivering solar solutions for new construction and multifamily projects. We partner with builders and developers to integrate solar and energy storage systems with a focus on quality execution and compliance.
