Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for the completion of service and warranty related projects
- Responsible for successfully completing quality audits post installation
- Responsible for Troubleshooting and resolving residential solar warranty and service issues that are triggered from modules, monitoring and storage/ batteries
- Investigate, mitigate and repair reported roof leaks
- Responsible for troubleshooting AC/DC systems
- Participate in weekly safety meetings as well as department meetings
- Completes all documents for each project and successfully closes cases/ tickets in CRM
- Perform other tasks and duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in the Solar industry
- Solar service experience is required
- Solar Battery installation experience is required
- Knowledge with Enphase, Tesla and Solaredge monitoring systems
- Ability to work in challenging environments (hot sun, cold, wind, tight spaces, etc.)
- Capable of standing for long stretches of time and working at heights (on rooftops, climb ladders and stairs)
- Must be willing to travel
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted during work, including but not limited to peers and customers
- Current Driver's license, and clean drivers abstract
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Valid CA Driver's License
- The ability to travel within California on a Weekly basis based on project location.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements
