NRG Clean Power, a leading California based TOP 10 Solar Company is expanding its Inside Sales Team (Energy Advisors)! This is an opportunity to join an awesome company with huge growth potential. We are devoted to changing the way electricity is produced, consumed, and stored. We believe electricity needs to be decentralized, deregulated, affordable, and most importantly, renewable. We envision a future without the need for fossil fuels and plan on doing our part through the deployment of cutting-edge solar and storage technologies.

What you should expect:

  • Thousands of HIGHLY QUALIFIED sales leads are generated by our in-house marketing team of copywriters, videographers, web/graphic designers, media buyers, etc.
  • A proven system is used to convert those leads into new customers resulting in hundreds of MILLIONS of revenue.
  • Intelligent, hard-working, experienced managers who take the time to train, develop and challenge sales professionals.
  • A custom and innovative CRM that does the heavy lifting for you in terms of marketing automation, pipeline management, and commission tracking.
  • A compensation structure that provides BOTH a guaranteed salary + 5 figure MONTHLY commissions.

- NO COLD CALLING. All you must do is follow the process, stay focused and pay attention to the training and you will make more money, with less effort, than any other sales career in your life.

- Aggressive Commission Structure + Incentives and Bonuses. The more you sell, the more you make. This should be simple to understand. The biggest producers make the most money.

- Proprietary and Custom CRM to deliver top-notch, exclusive leads right to your fingertips. We have an in-house team made up of a dozen marketers and developers who do nothing but make your life easy, so you can focus exclusively on selling. Last month we generated over 4,000 exclusive solar leads from TV, Radio, Facebook, IG, Google, and Direct Mail.
