  • Verify required labels, placards, documentation, and project readiness items are complete
  • Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and completed corrections accurately
  • Assist with reinspection preparation and correction verification when necessary
  • Perform quality control audits to improve inspection pass rates and installation consistency
  • Support operational teams by identifying opportunities to improve installation quality and reduce inspection failures

Qualifications

  • Previous residential solar experience required
  • Strong understanding of residential solar installation practices and project workflows
  • Ability to identify installation deficiencies and operational concerns
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Professional communication skills with inspectors, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in outdoor environments
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous solar inspection, quality control, service, or installation experience
  • Basic understanding of NEC requirements and solar electrical systems
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Experience working with AHJs, permitting departments, or utility inspections
  • Electrical experience a plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Company vehicle or approved travel support
  • Opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing solar company
  • Team-focused culture built on accountability, professionalism, and operational excellence
  • Opportunity to directly impact inspection success rates and project quality
