AllSeason Solar & Roofing, a leader in the solar energy sector, is excited to announce a job opening for a Solar Service Crew Member. This full-time position is designed for individuals passionate about renewable energy and committed to the maintenance and efficiency of solar power systems. As a pivotal part of our operations team, the role involves hands-on service tasks, ensuring our solar installations continue to operate at peak performance. Please note, this is an on-site job and cannot be performed remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance of solar panels and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair issues related to solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks and troubleshooting tasks to prevent potential system failures.
  • Remove, reinstall, and replace defective solar panels and inverters.
  • Update service records and maintain detailed logs of work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during site visits and repairs.
  • Manage inventory of tools and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Perform site assessments for new installations or repairs, providing detailed technical input as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a solar technician or similar role in the solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems and components, including inverters, batteries, and electrical wiring.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in using tools and equipment required for solar panel maintenance and repair.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, as the role requires travel to various job sites.
