We are seeking a motivated and energeticย Inside Sales Representative / Enrollment Advisorย to join our growing team. As anย Inside Sales Representative, you will work with warm inbound leads and guide prospective clients through the process of obtaining their contractorโ€™s license and building their future business.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven sales role ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and motivated by commission opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable overcoming objections and closing sales. This position is best suited for individuals who are confident, competitive, persistent, and motivated to succeed in a performance-based environment while helping clients take the next step toward their professional goals.

Schedule:ย Mondayโ€“Friday, Full-Time
Pay Range:ย $20.00โ€“$22.00 per hour + uncapped commission and bonuses

Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Rep:

  • Contact and follow up with warm inbound leads regarding contractor license and business development programs
  • Conduct phone consultations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate programs and services
  • Educate prospective clients on licensing requirements, program benefits, and available resources
  • Build rapport and maintain consistent communication throughout the enrollment process
  • Overcome objections and confidently close sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities within the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with management and team members to improve sales strategies and customer experience
  • Provide professional customer service and maintain a positive representation of the company
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience strongly preferred, including inside sales, retail sales, telecom sales, solar/home improvements, automotive sales, customer retention/ collections, call center sales, or enrollment advising or Education program sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound and follow-up calls
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Goal-oriented with a commission-driven mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
