Now Hiring: Solar Installers (Entry to Intermediate Level)

We are looking for motivated Solar Installers to join our growing team. If you're hands-on, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Install residential and commercial solar systems
  • Read and follow design layouts, one-lines, and installation plans
  • Safely operate power tools and installation equipment
  • Work on rooftops and elevated surfaces
  • Follow all company and industry safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Entry to intermediate-level experience in solar or construction
  • Ability to understand solar design drawings and electrical one-lines
  • Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
  • Experience using power tools
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Must have an up-to-date electrical card, or be willing to obtain one before hire date
