Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing NovaSourceโs solar power plant and battery energy storage (BESS) business in North America. This role owns the sales process from initial client outreach through contract execution and handoff to Operations.
Youโll build trusted relationships with new and existing clients, develop tailored solutions, lead proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals. You are the face of NovaSource during the sales process and are expected to represent the company with integrity, transparency, and confidence.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys relationshipโdriven B2B sales, understands the renewables industry, and is comfortable managing complex proposals and negotiations.

Education
A Bachelorโs degree in business, construction, engineering or a related field is required, and Masterโs Degree is preferred.
