Job description

What would you do if hired?
  • Providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Delivering software training to staff on core systems, particularly Microsoft 365, Box, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Administering cloud systems, including Microsoft 365, Box.com, Zoom, and GoTo Connect (phone system support).
  • Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration, including adding new users, identifying and merging duplicate records, and monitoring system log files.
  • Developing and maintaining IT operating procedures and knowledge base documentation.
  • Maintaining CRM/Protech data integrity through recurring tasks such as scheduled data audits and cleanup routines.
  • Setting up, configuring, and deploying laptops and other end-user hardware.
  • Onboarding new staff on technology systems and access.
  • Offboarding departing staff.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

What are we looking for in a candidate?
  • Associate's degree in a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Prior tech support / help desk experience required.
  • Database administration experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) a plus.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.
  • Nonprofit or association-sector a plus.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and documentation habits.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; works well with people across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-moving environment.
