What are some common challenges faced by Software Training Managers when delivering training to diverse user groups?

Software Training Managers often encounter the challenge of addressing varying levels of technical proficiency within their audience. They must design training programs that are accessible to beginners while still providing value to more advanced users. Additionally, adapting instructional methods for different learning styles and managing training schedules across departments can require significant coordination.
