Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Test Analyst Specialists - Cloud Banking Technologies in Jacksonville, FL to design, develop, and execute manual and automated testing strategies for enterprise scale software applications used in financial or transactional environments. Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure appropriate test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and end to end phases. Design, implement, or extend test automation frameworks using industry standard tools, including developing reusable components and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Execute and validate system behavior across APIs, user interfaces, batch processes, and data workflows. Validate data accuracy and integrity across relational databases by writing and executing SQL queries, reconciling datasets, and verifying

transformation logic. Perform testing related to regulatory, compliance, or audit driven requirements applicable to financial or controlled systems. Document test plans, test cases, expected results, and evidence to support audit ready quality processes. Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, DevOps, product management, and operations to support issue triage, release validation, and production rollouts. Participate in defect analysis, root cause evaluation, and verification of fixes prior to release. Support continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and quality standards across the platform.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing, executing, and validating manual and automated testing for large-scale, enterprise software platforms used in financial, transactional, or regulated environments ; applying quality assurance methodologies across functional, integration, regression, and end-to end testing phases; designing, implementing, and extending test automation frameworks using industry standard tools including Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and SOAP UI for development of reusable components and integration with CI/CD pipelines; validating data accuracy and integrity across relational database systems, including writing queries, reconciling datasets, and verifying transformation logic in SQL-based environments; performing testing related to regulatory, compliance, and audit-driven requirements applicable to financial or other controlled systems; and collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, product, DevOps, and operations to support issue analysis, release validation, and production rollouts.
