Job description

CDI is an established software consulting firm currently seeking a tech savvy and detail oriented individual to assist a team of professionals in the support of enterprise software solutions. The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to learn new software quickly, and experience in supporting software. Any technical experience, hardware or software, is a plus. Particular experience of value is SQL Server & Windows Server.
The primary role of the position is to work as an added layer of support for the support engineers, providing combination assistance inter-departmentally, cross-departmentally, and externally to clients as needed.
An energetic and creative personality is important. 
This is not a remote position.
Qualifications:
* Experience providing technical support
* Ability to learn and become an expert in line-of-business applications
* Technology savvy with ability to learn and adapt to complex technical situations
* Excellent communication skills and mature acumen
* Outgoing and can-do personality
* Experience with Windows Server
* Experience with Laserfiche a bonus
