Job Description:
• Perform test planning, test case development, and test execution (manual and automated)
• Testing on Apple OS platforms and hardware
• Analyzing test failures and filing detailed defect reports
• Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution
• Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work
 
Requirements for the role:
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of professional work experience as a Software Quality Analyst or related
• Experience in test planning, test design, test authoring, and execution
• Analyze test results and identify defects, patterns of issues, troubleshoot scenarios and compile detailed reports
 
Ideal Requirements:
• Experience testing mobile devices, hardware, home technologies, and Bluetooth accessories
• Familiarity with AI coding skills, and tooling
• Ability to create scripting to automate routine tasks
• Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills
• Previous experience working with LLM’s, Virtual Assistants is a plus
Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
