Job Summary:
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is a company that has been delivering integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years. They are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to program, analyze, and run tests on software programs to ensure they meet user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Programs, analyzes, and runs tests on new or modified software programs, including documentation, diagram, and flowchart, and software development procedures used to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to establishment guidelines.
โ€ข Conducts compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs.
โ€ข Runs in-depth testing, detects problems, recommends solutions, and determines if program requirements have been met.
โ€ข Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers.
โ€ข Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards, and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently.
โ€ข Reviews computer operating log to identify program processing errors.
โ€ข Enters instructions into computer to test program for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to establishment standards.
โ€ข Observes computer monitor screen during program test to detect error codes or interruption of program and corrects errors.
โ€ข Identifies differences between establishment standards and user applications, and suggests modifications to conform to standards.
โ€ข Sets up tests at request of user to locate and correct program operating error following installation of program.
โ€ข Monitors program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science.
โ€ข 6 years of experience with Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software and Network Programming.
