Quality Analyst Position

One of our clients needs a Quality Analyst.

Position: Quality Analyst

Location: Springfield, VA

Travel: Yes

Position Type: Proposal

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply quality standards in accordance with National Geospatial intelligence Agency (NGA) requirements.
  • Develop and conduct related tests and certificates of analysis.
  • Ensure compliance is followed throughout quality assurance process.
  • Liaison with external suppliers to meet quality standards.
  • Document the quality testing process.
  • Provide technical and administrative review of work processes, procedures, and products to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications, to detect and correct errors and problems, and to relate progress to schedules.
  • Work with programmers and engineers to eliminate problems.
  • Collect and analyze metrics and prepares status reports, problem notification reports, and problem resolution reports.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • Working experience with systems and/or software standards, configuration control and documentation management, requirements analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting, and the use of metrics and testing.
  • Experience conducting quality assurance testing.
  • Experience managing quality programs and developing performance metrics.
  • Experience conducting quality audits.
  • Experience managing ISO Standards training programs.
