About the Role

This role is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling customer-centric software solutions within a global ecosystem. The Product Manager owns the product strategy, customer experience, and lifecycle performance, ensuring solutions solve real customer problems, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy and vision Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software solutions, grounded in deep customer insights, market trends, and business priorities.
  • Champion the customer experience Lead customer discovery, segmentation, and journey mapping to ensure solutions are intuitive, valuable, and aligned to real user needs across segments and use cases.
  • Drive software product lifecycle Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization; continuously refine the product based on usage data, feedback, and evolving customer needs.
  • Lead customer-centric go-to-market Translate product value into clear positioning, messaging, and use cases; partner with cross-functional teams to deliver launches that resonate with target customers and drive engagement.
  • Define and track product success Establish KPIs tied to customer adoption, engagement, retention, and satisfaction; implement mechanisms to monitor performance and inform product decisions.
  • Deliver data-driven improvements Lead closed-loop analysis of product usage, customer feedback, and business performance; prioritize and execute improvements that increase value realization and growth.
  • Collaborate across the ecosystem Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality software experiences across devices, platforms, and channels.
  • Enable customer-facing teams Equip sales and support teams with clear product narratives, use cases, and training to effectively communicate value and improve customer outcomes.
  • Support strategic customer and partner engagement Engage with key customers and partners to validate solutions, gather insights, and identify opportunities to expand adoption and deepen relationships.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
