Job description

Location: Chantilly,VA

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Poly

Compensation Range: 105k - 125k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. The organization reserves the right to modify compensation ranges at its discretion.)

Position Summary: Support enterprise IT asset management activities including hardware, software, licensing, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management for government IT environments.


  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and lifecycle records
  • Track hardware and software procurement, deployment, and retirement
  • Support software license compliance and audits
  • Coordinate with technical teams and vendors
  • Develop asset management reports and metrics
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives

  • ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
