As a Lead Customer Success Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations. You will report directly to our CX Program Management Manager and you'll work out of our Salem, Oregon location on a Hybrid work schedule.
