We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Development Manager to lead a team at the forefront of AI security and risk management. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of AI safety by building systems that audit, report on, and remediate AI-associated risks across our rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
You will manage a hybrid team of Applied Scientists and Software Development Engineers working on critical security challenges across the AI technology stack-from securing AI agents and their communication protocols to protecting model interfaces, user interactions, and the underlying AI models themselves. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone passionate about making AI systems safer, more reliable, and more trustworthy.
Key job responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Drive the development of systems that identify, assess, and mitigate security vulnerabilities across AI infrastructure and applications
Build automated tools and frameworks that detect risks and implement corrective measures at scale
Define security standards and engineering practices for AI systems throughout their lifecycle
Collaborate with security, compliance, and research teams to address evolving threats and challenges
